Morning Self Care Routines

Any natural doctor or scientist will tell you how important it is to wake up and drink a glass of water. Natural or mystic coachs will often encourage you to take time to write down or ponder your dreams. Waking up slowly and quietly is important to your most energetically harmonious day.

I know when I have to wake up in hurry or force myself out of zombie mood, it’s really triggering for me into a bad or low energy state. Keeping me from feeling ready, willing, and excited to move into the rest of the day.

If your not a morning person (like me) then maybe you drink some water and go for some coffee and light morning reading or writing.

When I’m ready, I like to do any Vlogs or Recordings in the morning with a fresh new, alert mind. I find that I am most fair, unbais, and clear in the late morning.

I also take a moment to change over my daily Motivational cards and look over my collection of books and resources. Sometimes I take a moment ot myself to read something inspiring or choose a book to pick up later in the day. I might just pick a crystal to carry or simply hold one for a moment. I like to have a moment of gratitude at the beginning of the day. Thankful for another day to experience love, light, and hopefully some laughter. For my body, mind, and heart to know, think, and feel.

 

Afternoon Self Care Habits

I really find it most successful to stretch my body, muscles and limbs in the afternoon. I spend a lot of time sitting to work at the computer and by the afternoon, I’m really ready to move around fully. Stretching is something I take really seriously. Doing some extra Core Strength exercises is usually really successful too.

If I have had a stressful or heavy day, week, or month, I often find time to relief my stress in this part of the day. I tend to grab my essential oils for quick mental or emotional healing affirmations within.

Another glass of water is never a bad idea either.

 

Late Evening Self Care Habits

There are certain evenings of the week where either me or my husband have some individual self care time to do things without the other. It’s on these nights that I stay up late reading, studying, and learning new things. I have a lot of interests and open books.

Right now I’m still finishing original works by Carl Jung such as the Red Book and his book of Archetypes. As well as Thoth’s Tablets, and Hermetic teachings, and the Kyballon. There are tons of other things I have nearly finished studying for now as I have learned, practiced and adapted into my own understanding of self help and healing. It is these nights that I get so inspired to be ‘the scribe’ that I feel empowered to be a blogger in this age.

 

Self Care Days

I try to take it easy at least one day a week, doing the minimum requirements and sticking to self serving tasks or jobs. I take the day to clean my clothes, care for my desk and treasured items. I might listen to a lot of music or pick up the guitar for a while.

I usually take these days to catch up on videos I like on Youtube and catch up on the weeks’ Astrology News. Taking time to read the new science articles and changes in the world. I might spend too long surfing Facebook News, Groups, and Timelines.

I also try to call up at least one if not a few really close friends. There are loads of people in our life that are important to us as individuals. It’s those close family members and best friends we need to remember, cherish, and connect with often.

 

How Times Have Changed

A year ago I wouldn’t be writing this post because I would have been explaining how important it was for me to help everyone else. So much so that I didn’t have time, and didn’t need to have time, to myself. I knew back then that I wanted to. But I didn’t see the overall importance of it – for me.

That has dramatically changed as I have done more true healing in the last couple months than I would have ever known I need. It’s thanks to my husband, and my own inner forgiveness that I found this to be a personal requirement to my own inner happiness.

Now that I have developed a few daily and weekly habits to tune into and connect and inspire myself. I feel a lot better, more capable than before. To work and serve the world and those I love with more space for them. Not only do I know who and what is important to me. I can better serve myself, the people I love, and the world that I adore. It simply brings me joy to know that a little self love goes a lot way in loving the world too.

What does that really mean? It means to find your inner voice and purpose and then listen to it. Taking action before you even know what you are going to do is only blowing air onto the flame that is already much too big!

Diving Deep Within the Emotional Water of Your Body’s Energy

For You and for Gaia.

As a follow up to the previous Root Chakra post I want to “cover some ground” about how our own Root Chakra Energy may or may not have an effect on other creatures, and Gaia.

To start with, I’ll touch on two different psychological archetypes I have and how these developed and helped me become more aware of who I was. I spent a few years on the streets of the West Coast of the USA, and why Traveling was the most impactful year for me to look back on recently.

Then we’ll talk about how our energy physically grounds us to the Earth, as it transfers to us, through us, and out constantly in motion. And finally how our instincts, natural rhythm, and spiritual drive is what helps us turn the tables in America – back to a residence of vitality and abundance!

In the previous post, depending on if you were in a healing or a hurting kind of mindset, it may have been hard to take in emotionally. I think that’s a fair warning sign that you would like some answers as to Why, and how to transmute them so that you can feel better too. Additionally, how does this make sense logically?

First of all, storytime! So that some of my own background and experience can be understood throughout this post. I had an attraction to “street kids” in high school, the Runaways, the ones without a home, wanderers. And I loved them dearly, they meant the world to me. I did this in and outside of school. I had so, so many groups of friends and they often didn’t mingle but that’s okay. I didn’t really cling to anyone and when I did, it was usually for the long haul. In this way, I just seemed to be a go-to for those in need of a hug, friendship, and chill conversation. One of the guys, since I was young. *shrugs* FML

Many will get lost in attempting to relate and identify too definitively to only one or two of these when in actuality they’re all are much like our interpretations of other stories. These stories are different between us greatly based on what we’ve read, seen, and created. So understand that we all have different personalities and identities. The Duality of Inner Psychological Archetypes

 

The personal story above defines a part of my personality psychologically as the Caregiver being of service to the Outlaw. This is a simple and positive 2D outlook.

Which alternatively could mean the shadow battle being that of a Rebel to the Rulers/Bully, another 2D inner perspective.

The 4D outlook is understanding that both of these are playing out within the ego in a 3D. This is why our emotions are psychically confused mentally in 4D.

When I jumped in a “van full of hippies” that were quite honestly My Tribe, some of the kids I had previously taken in, and some of my oldest “friends and enemies”. It was a wild ride but some of what I learned grounded me as I had never imagined possible! The sense of freedom to knowing your basic needs of survival are very simple.

Water, shelter, warmth, companions, and food.
Oy and air!

This is ultimately where I learned a lot of the universal companionship and human equality regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs. Of race, of the homeless, the rich, of color, of spirit, and the equality of the human expression without judgment.

When you are one of the creatures walking around with your hand out, a smile on, and grimy fingers.
Well now, we must think about that…

I was once one of those kids, those clowns, those dancers, those entertainers, storytellers. And what am I doing? I wasn’t working for anyone in particular or even for myself, but for the world. I was working the land, the people, and remembering what it was like to be Free!

America (and the World) is confined in a strange way but it’s not because we can point a finger or use the T-word guys. It’s because it’s people are lazy, sleeping, and songless. The Eagle is no longer hunting the Snakes! Its time to wake up, and turn our own emotional lies into something that can defend and protect us!

All across the Globe, there are people gathering in festivals, grounds, celebrations, shows, and more to share positive space and ideas for living. It’s not made of fear, it’s made of love and service to each other.

I have been to several Rainbow Gatherings and to say this time in my life Traveling was a heartwarming experience is not enough. HERE is where I learn that underneath our many clothes and layers, we are all of flesh and bone and soul and brain and stars.

“Welcome Home” is a celebration of being Alive just the way you are, Anywhere you are. When you see people sharing, caring, giving, and receiving without a price tag, and barter without money, and cooking without shopping. It’s enlightening to know that we are designed to be that Giving to each other! and! That when we Are Aware we have Trust and Companionship in all of the World’s Creatures. That when you can identify your Tribe, you can come and join in food, shelter, whatever you need. Then we come to realize that we are all the same Tribe!

The trouble is when I left this journey, and came back “home”, to Washington, as we all did. We lost this spirit of living and forgot what we learned at “home”. I have news for you! HERE and NOW you are STILL at HOME!

Let’s fast forward to real-time and explain how these 2D archetypes followed me in my 4D mental box and how I got out of it!

 

 


Let us Transmute the Snake to the Dragon!

 

Maybe the Eagle has other things to hunt than Snakes nowadays. Maybe the snakes have learned to protect their young? Or maybe they weren’t ever meant to harm us in the first place

Think About What You Want, or That Which is “Good”

 

To start with let’s think about reptiles and amphibians and how they are created from that of a 1D kind of tadpole existence, then they sprout legs and a tail, but eventually, they become what we perceive as a 3D animal such as a frog. Snakes are born in eggs much like chickens, and so we can assume the Dragon as the same.

When we perceive a Snake in a story, we can attune that to any emotional story of that of sneaking, lying, and deception. Although snakes may be delicate pets to some, to others they are fearful and cold. Like Slytherins for example.

Dragons have similar energy in the West because of their power in the East. This can be transmuted emotionally if we understand what the “sneaky dragon” we are afraid of is actually hiding. From my own intuition, study, both spiritual and fantastical, I can say that the dragons are Protective, Loyal, and Magically Intelligent. They are honoring knowledge, abundance, and purity of heart. Sometimes the most important things are a treasure worth protecting for the pure of heart are rare and valuable.

Did YOU accurately judge the heart of the Slytherins such as Snape, or Draco Malfoy, or even Darth Vader?

No! The jokes on you. Feel with your heart and your head, blood and bones.

In this same way let’s take my troublesome archetypes to another, deeper layer.

 

 

Caregiver being of service to the Outlaw

As a Water Bearer of Aquarius, which is a sign of AIR (not water actually) that this is natural for me. I want to bring to people, whatever it is that they need at the time that they need it. Being airborne helps this quite a bit when you have energetic bonds with your friends and family. I am in constant motion to please those around me, and often forget to drink water myself! So when I’m not bringing others what they need, or thinking about what time it is, then I return to the well to fill it and drink some for myself.

I have always been interested in the mind, and that’s probably a mix of several things. My own inner traumas, my special needs younger sister, psychic grandma, or all those Criminal Mind Shows, bios, and articles I’ve obsessed over. There’s something about the psychologically insane that has always fascinated me because I don’t understand what drives a man mad. And why is it so many are lost to their thoughts and delusions?

Without any gore or detail, I can tell you that sometimes the mind is a scary place.

I think I’ve always been attracted to the Outlaw or the Outcasts because I feel that I am one. I have to admit that. But I also feel a strong empathy to other “Black Sheep” of families and have always wished for a place of comfort too. I did my best to provide that, and to some, I think I made an impact on some in these ways. Enough that none of them are actually living on the streets right now, and even those who may have spent some time behind bars, they are all released. I take no credit here, it just goes to prove that there are always Caregivers for the Outcasts.

 

If only you are the Caregiver to Your Own Inner Outcast!

So let’s say that you are feeling outcasted.
Emotions are coming through of: shame, regret, misinformed, confused, disconnected, or betrayal

You feel heavy and your energy drops, other memories of times you were also outcasted for similar things and soon your mental space is confining you in a way that your energies start to freeze up. Your Triple Warmer Reflexes of Fight, Flight, or Freeze kick in defensively and your thoughts Race towards its weapons that worked last time it was Outcasted. – BREAK –

 

Rebel being of service to the inner Ruler, instead of the Caregiver, Opps!

You start to remember what you have to say or do and what energy you used to defeat the Ruler that is “harming” the Caregiver. So you feel energy and emotions that resemble pessimistic response, anger, guilt or reflect the shame. Whatever it is that made you feel this lower frequency, is what you are tempted to return to. In this way, if you hear a lie, you are tempted to return it. And even worse, share it with your companions! You are so worked up over the Ruler (AGAIN!) that you can’t help but respond.

You can’t freeze forever before you Fight, or you Flight. Right?…

But there is hope!

 

Introducing Your Body’s Primal Triple Warmer Merdian

In the Freeze state, you can choose to transmute the Rebel into the helpful Caregiver. By letting the Caregiver also help the Ruler, in the way she did the Outlaw! Teaching the bullies, or training the inner dragons, we can resist our ego and stop fighting. Our Primal Energy of the Root Chakra related heavily to our Triple Warmer Meridian, which is most active in the late evening of 9-11PM! This is Universal in reference to time because your timed clocks are identified by your location, which is in relation to the sun and moon where you are on the planet. It’s all calculated for you, in the Big Picture.

 

In the Triple Warmer and Radiant Circuits section of Energy Medicine by Donna Eden, she explains this energetically in the body to both mental and biological impulses to survival.

The Militia Within. The cellular level of the immune system – with its lymphocytes, thymocytes, memory B cells, helper and killer T cells, antigens, and antibodies – is a military display that is dazzling in its design, complexity, and intelligence. It is the energy of triple warmer and the radiant circuits, however, that actives this extraordinary assembly. It is in the interplay of triple warmer and the other radiant circuits that your immun3e system’s strategy unfolds.

For your health, triple warmer ignites fevers and infections to fight disease. For your safety, triple warmer prompts the release of adrenaline to meet an emergency.”

 

What this means to you in regards to your health is that your mental choices of mental reference of are the singular design of survival only. To transcend any emotional moment you must understand it’s beauty and its pain. To reach a decision you then include your environment and friends, what is best for all. And then you can feel your thoughts and act with empathy and compassion from your mind and heart. In this way, you will attract a healthier environment for yourself, and for others.

What this means for your body is a more Balanced response to your emotional energy systems so that you become more aware of your desire, passion, and motivation in life. A clearer path to what is loving, and light, and awesome!

 

Meet Donna Eden, the author of Energy Medicine. If you don’t want to take my word for it, or hers then try it for yourself when your feeling overwhelmed and having trouble finding your thoughts in confusion or resisting the fight/flight response more successfully. There’s nothing wrong with saying, “Give me a few minutes to respond please” and removing yourself, clearing out, and then making a choice of action without the stress, confusion, and illusions.

When it comes to letting yourself feel emotional about being outcasted, there is something you can teach others by remaining caring to yourself. (What example can you set by running?) Understand that there is a reason for this. You don’t need people who outcast you. Especially if They are the same people who did it last time. If you did something to cause them to need to turn away from you right now, then it’s time you cared enough about yourself to not be a Ruler on the outside anymore. A group does not need a Ruler if they are A Team! *enter theme song* The catch is realizing you must learn from the Tribe, you need your companions to help assist you in times of need, especially emotionally. When you find your friends, don’t let them go. Some things are worth fighting for.

 

 

Accepting that the battle is energetically woven throughout your body in complex design.

These Archetypes are considered mental or psychological. The emotions are peptides that trigger combinations and messages to cells. This causes multiple functions to fire physically that impact our ability to think.

IF we choose a fighting response we choose to send less brainpower and more physical endurance. This means blood to your legs to run and to your arms to engage. Feelings of anger do not help you resolve intellectual problems.

IF you want to rewire your response to react intelligently then you must not fight, but use your time within the moment of the first emotional freezing to resist the urge to fight.

You have two options now, flight or reflect all together. They are both neutral.

The flight response sends the emotional message to the other person that you are careless, it will be up to them to assume in what way you are careless. To words, actions, opinions, who knows? Who cares? This is an emotional runoff into the psyche that you cannot be harmed. Which is one way is true, physically escaping physical danger is wise. But what of the heart? It is not designed to be careless! The Heart is part of the Caregiver Archetype in all of us! (Re-read the quotes above again if you need to.)

In the last option, you can choose to remain in stance and unaffected, a reflection of motion. You simply do not accept the negativity of being the outcast, the ruler, the rebel, or any other mental construct and accept that every one of us is of a uniquely different design.

 

 

Using Empathy,  Emotions are embedded and meant to be Embraced.

If you feel your own emotions, and think your own thoughts, then you are caring for yourself. If you see your own Caregiver helping your own inner Rebel, then maybe you can more easily help Them see You better?

What if the homeless said I want to work?
What if the criminal says I want to love?
What if the greedy says they want to give?
What if the guards say I want a hug?
Let them work, love, give, hug!

Mental Space Junk and Deep Sea Trash

 

This might sound far fetched but I think it might resonate with you more than you might think at first. I want to introduce a few pictures of energy fields so that you can see how we are giving and receiving energy in our body. We are taking in positive energy through our skin, throughout our internal body, and within our psyche with our senses. We are also sending out energy through this same network.

Because we don’t “see” ourselves as “connected” doesn’t mean that we aren’t. Quantum Entanglement and other new Energy Science finally suggest some truth to our energies being connected to Gaia and Astral Entities. Did you know that we have an energetic blueprint as an embryo?

We can now see the energetic body that a cell will have before it even develops to size! This explains how some skilled energy healers such as Donna Eden are able to help war veterans and others who have lost limbs, dealing with Phantom Limbs. Even without the limb, the body retains its energetic blueprint or energy body!

Our Earth is changing in frequency, and this comes from a core perspective. Gaia has an energetic field and biome that far exceeds what we might think.

I’d like you to meet the long-lasting Ancient Turtle, the Octopus, and the Sea Dragon. The slow but steady turtle is long-living, graceful, and extremely diverse. The females go through great lengths and traumas to give birth. The Octopus is most intelligent and must live on as they network in disguise. Born on the sea’s ground, they go about life fluidly and this is something we can learn from. The hidden Sea Dragons, or eals, or sharks, or even more interesting The Giant Squid! There is so much to the inner world of the water that we cannot understand because we do not see its Beauty!

Or do we? Our mythical ideas of them serve as warnings to care for them! And to admire, respect, and Remember Them. Where the Octopus reminds us to be careful with our instinctual weapons as they can harm others, as well as themselves.

Let us explore how our emotions are effectively used to heal our mental states if we are Aware of them. Regardless of what we “see” in our 3D perspectives.

 

Mudras you can use to balance your Elements

 

As I explained quickly in my recent Astrology Vlog, the Moon is connected to our emotional systems, including our mental, and hormonal conditions emotionally.

Since we’re still on water lets watch a life-changing video that shows you the truth about how you are affecting the state of your own water body. Or shall I say, emotional body? This video shows how our emotional thoughts imprint into water on a molecular level. Those that are negative, fall out of a healthy ph balance to our bodies. The most positive emotional energy to water found is that of Gratitude and Unconditional Love.

 

 

The Truth is we all need to be filtering our well waters. As well as filtering our inner Emotions. The answer is not plastic bottles of “filtered” water that is not pH balanced for our wellbeing. No more plastic parts!

When you have an 18-month-old and you notice the effects of tap water versus filtered and ph balanced water, with happy thoughts and music. That is a receipt for a happier life in the long run for my energetic child. It’s part of positive parenting, loving and caring for the elements. In return, they will take care of us too. Part of the creation process of growth and expansion in, especially past 5D, is the emotional process of caring about the outcome of what you are nurturing in your life.

 

 

The Plastic Epidemic has to stop or we will lose our water.

Let me tell you about the kind of place a Lion, Zebra, Elephant, Lives Without Water. How far do those creatures have to search for water in the land? How far does a giraffe have to stretch to reach but only some water! Where it can reach so high for green twigs in the sky. Flexibility is a funny thing!

To settle these ideas back down to logic, it means that even when we get up to Higher Ground. At some point, it’s within our Instinct to Desire Water When We Are Thirsty.

Like many other things in life, when it is Alive it is Serving A Purpose. Be grateful for all the things of the Water as you sip, because without it… What are you without water? Without Emotions?

We must feel if we are to realize Gaia’s potential to provide water for us!

 

In the past, we were stuck in the mud.
In the past, we were frozen.
In the past, we were flooded.
This we know and remember!

Do not. Let Gaia. Dry up.

 

If I might hold to the Lion Kingdom for a moment, let’s consider Leo! In astrology, we personalize Leos with comrades, kingdoms, lazy prowess, and a bit of an ego. But the lifestyle of the Lion is a joyful one!

They play, and hunt, and dance, and romance. Its all happy in a life of freedom!

The key to this is realizing our emotions about our World! Why do you feel bad about it?

What you can do to heal Gaia emotionally? Emotionally Heal Yourself

The Water Bottle factories aren’t making water, they are making plastic

The War on Recycling is in your own home, not in your country or some waste business.

Forgive yourself for ignoring your emotional worry about the purpose of Gaia, and start living a life that is aware of her and the way she feels. If we don’t provide for our emotional rhythm, then she may lose hers.

 

Let us go deep within for her and recover emotionally.

 

How did this happen? Over time we have gotten very confused about what is dangerous and have continued to be fearful. Overcome your emotional fears. And the whole world could change. Stop fighting your emotions and be Genuine. Create something new, not something old. Karma is understanding the balance of interweaving energy. Unconditional Love <– Truth

Dear Hugin and Munin,

 

 

During my self-healing journey, I have been on a mission to purge my life of everything that no longer serves a purpose in my future. I have been restoring my house and routines into order. As well as my mental space. This, my friends, was the hard part.

A new kind of emotional awareness of my mental patterns started to take place. As I worked with my body’s energies, I started to really notice in my meditations where exactly where in my body, that I was hurting. When I drop into my own little world of calm and connected, I scan my body. I notice the little uncomfortable places, my posture, the pull of gravity, and any soreness. Some of these areas, I note to address later note. Others, I know are pains and weaknesses I have had for a very long time.

 

I think about and remember so much about my life. From the beginning, now and into the future even in some moments. I can’t say how much control I have of my thoughts, although I have become more mindful about observing them. I have begun to train and rewire my brain with conscious effort.

Why is that?

I was having an inner battle with my ego, my dark side (what I learned), traumatic memories in my conscious awareness. The more I focused on one area of pain or weakness, the more I began to think about these negative thoughts and memories. Like I said earlier, you only have so much control of your thoughts. My Heart hurt, Real bad.

Even in posts, I have talked about how I have been visiting my past timeline. Going “back in time” to forgive my self and others for things that happened. I have realized that indeed, everything happens for a reason and that reason is, I am who I am NOW. And I love who I AM NOW!

Additionally, I want to know more about myself and who I really am, so that I can love even more of myself. This has worked fantastically for my memories, if not most, of my most difficult memories. Those that I am easily able to recall, identify, resonate with, and learn from.

It’s easier to be Grateful for things that have happened to you if you have learned a valuable lesson from them. Even if they were difficult at the time.

It’s the memories you’ve held on to for so long, that they hurt to even start to think about. So you do everything you can to avoid thinking about them, and there you go. Burying them deep within your mind, and thus your body. Creating these weak spots in your body and organs, whichever one carries the closest or most harmonious frequency of the emotional energy. That’s where the emotion will get trapped and cause pain, and eventually, the illness will occur in the organ that stores these negative charges.

The result of accepting and forgiving yourself is the realization that you have the Inner Strength to not only Survive but Overcome. Loving your inner enemies for helping you to learn who amazing you are, how unique you are, and sometimes even – Reveal the Greatest Treasure. The secrets to your own life’s purpose, who you are designed to help, understand and empathize with for the Greater Good.

Here’s the problem with burying your feelings alive…

Your physical body remembers your traumatic experience throughout our fleshy body or vessel. Whenever you consciously begin to think about or remember your trauma, your body triggers reactions to release the trapped emotional memory and information from where it is being stored, especially if it’s just settled beneath your skin from previous attempts at recent emotional release. (And the cycle continues.)

Each time your body releases emotions it’s like a balloon, and eventually, all the chemicals of that emotion are released at once. We know from drug studies of all kinds that we’re great at building immunity, tolerance, and this is primarily because we’re so smart. Whatever our body needs more of, it creates in excess for the next time. The more recent the release, the more it makes for next time. Do you see how your emotional energy grows?

In this way, the organ or flesh that is storing this trapped energy, is becoming disabled and falls into illness if it goes unreleased.

Every time you override this emotional release, all the old and all the new emotional energy that you create overcomes your body, mind, and spirit.

You begin to process all this information, but your ego and mental self doesn’t want to process or remember this trauma. So you consciously tell your body to ditch this experience and suppress the emotional memory. Without a way to release this negative emotional experience, your body starts to trap the information. The energy comes together as your mind thinks of other things as a distraction. The emotional energy relocates in the place of the body most synchronized to the vibration of the emotion.

Energy Medicine can now locate and identify different emotions by organ or area of the body. We can also identify emotional trauma by which area of the body is in pain or unwell. By Energy Testing, or Muscle Testing, our bodies are capable of telling us what emotional trauma is weakening us.

Early in my self-diagnosis phase, I had a few places in my body I knew that were causing me pain for so long I’ve almost forgotten about it (talk about living with the pain). And I knew also, that I had plenty of recurring emotional habits, that seemed to erupt in me on a daily basis. Once I admitted them to myself openly, with a good intention for change and personal development. It was quite easy to know which bad habits formed which negative emotional reactions in my day to day life.

The hard part wasn’t noting my aches and pains in my body, or even admitting which negative emotions and habits I needed to change.

 

I knew though, that the more I let these emotional memories come to the surface.

The more I was going to remember, which meant the more I was going to be able to process and learn from.

The more I was going to be able to discover the truth and begin to accept the value of my life’s experiences.

 

It was dealing with the memories and conflicting emotions about the people involved in these events. Once I started to focus on one part of the body or one emotion. I am always shocked at how quickly my mind reacts. So quickly, does my mind go to the dark side and begin to drift deep within these difficult remembrances. How vividly I can remember some things, and how hard it is to recall what happened in others.

The voices of loved ones, my own ego, and my logical mind were at war for days, as I processed so many emotional memories.

I knew though, that the more I let these emotional memories come to the surface. The more I was going to remember, which meant the more I was going to be able to process and learn from this. The more I was going to be able to discover the truth and begin to accept the value of my life’s experiences.

I worked through a good number of things quickly. Coming full circle, and forgiving myself and others along the way. Particularly if they are still a part of my life, or I could make a quick phone call to say, “Hey I’m sorry for this, I’ve really spent a lot of time thinking about it over the years. So please know now, that I learned a lot from everything that happened, and I have no regrets. I appreciate you and our friendship. Thanks for being part of me.”

The Heart Likes to Think & Talk Too

People have been so loving and respectful. A few times, they too had something they always wanted to tell me. And we have this great little chat, and feel tons better afterward! Or, weeks… and it’s hard, it’s Emotional, but even Heartache can heal with a little time, honesty, willingness, and unconditional love.

The magic is when you start to notice how much better you feel physically. And how much clearer you think about yourself, other people, and your memories. Even the bad ones, once you forgive, accept and learn from them. It’s a whole new world to explore because there are not Negatively Charged Trapped Emotions lingering just below the surface.

So when you think about this memory or person again, you don’t get this overwhelming surge of emotions. You can just think about them with much more ease and control. Easily pulling the lessons and moments that you want to identify with at any time.

 

For me right now, this is extremely powerful because I am on a mission to purge my life of everything that doesn’t suit me moving forward. And to do that, I am carefully touching each item I own, each person in my life, each memory in my mind and choosing to keep only that which brings me joy. I’ll talk a lot more about this but for now. Let’s just say I have a very good idea of exactly what and who brings me the most joy. My mind is free to explore, expand, and create.

We now know scientifically, that it’s not actually just your brain that thinks and makes decisions for you based on your emotions.

Your Heart can actually act independently from your brain and creates its own electrical impulses. In fact, your Triple Warmer Meridian that governs your fight/flight/freeze responses takes energy from all other systems except your Heart Meridian! Have you ever noticed how quickly your heart responds to your feelings? It’s not just a coincidence that you immediately react with your heart. This makes sense then that before you can even think (with your brain) that your heart is already thumping in response to shock or excitement.

It’s no surprise to me then that caring and compassion would greatly triumph over anger or frustration, lasting longer and sending stronger signals through your body (and mind).

A little love can go a long way. This also indicates a serious impact to heartache or heartbreak. Are you capable of love if you are flooded with emotional pain from your heart? Maybe… this is why can say, “Love is blind,” because when you think with your heart over your brain during heartbreak, you actually are mentally blinded from thinking clearly because of your emotional response habits from your heart center.

Some are memories are harder than others to process, but with a lot of love and a little help. I truly believe that emotional healing is extremely impactful to your mental health and physical wellbeing. Self Healing Symptoms & Struggles Revealed

I’ve been going through some massive self-diagnosis of my physical body. I’ve also been purging my things, even my friends that are no longer (or have never) brought me joy. This has all been very difficult! I want to share some of the most important lessons with everyone so far because I think they are massively important (and affecting) many people right now! Maybe as a reader, You too, are trying to deal with your inner feelings coming to the surface recently. This is one of those brutally honest posts. Real life. Pain and love and passion. So here are many of my symptoms and struggles I am addressing with Self Healing, the most natural of all methods of vitality wellness and mental health.  

 

My Physical Aches & Pains Symptoms List:

  • Tightness, a knot in the very top of my spine and base of the head
  • Shoulder pain
  • Pour posture, specifically mid, right back – twists down and to the left
  • Heartache feels like I have a really big open wound in the top, left area of my heart
  • Inner thighs, I’m extremely sensitive and extremely sour here all the time
  • Lower back vertebrae, at base of my spine
  • My ankles are weak, specifically, my right ankle that I’ve always been terribly prone to twisting repeatedly (I used to jump off a lot of high playsets and swings and ledges when I was young and so, so tough…)
  • Although I don’t find myself with a weight problem, I am definitely heavier than ever after having a baby by about 20 pounds. I’d be super happy to lose about 30, but a loss of 35 would be great. Let’s get real, I was 165 when I had the baby, and I am now 178. So I definitely gained a lot even after giving birth. My pre-birth weight was 150. So, there ya go. Some TMI
  • Low sex drive and interest in sharing or touching others, particularly more the last few years than other yaers previously

 

I’ve Dealing With Emotions From Bad Memories or People

I feel the urge to push them back down but because I’m trying to heal, I’ve let all these emotions rise up to the surface…

I don’t know about you, but I can tell you from the heart that this was not always a good heart in here. I’ve had some dark times and dealt very deeply with lying, manipulation, and cheating. About 5 years ago something triggered all of these things being revealed to the friends that meant the most to me in my entire life! They “found out” the truth about me, and I don’t fully understand how… But my (now husband) boyfriend came back to me. I promised to myself then that I would not lie, cheat or steal again.

 

 

The last five years I have been struggling to:

  • Prove to myself and everyone in my life that I am living with integrity (not lying)
  • Prove to my Lover that I am trustworthy and true to him (not cheating)
  • Have any close female relationships
  • Limiting my friendships with other males (part of proving my love right?)
  • Limiting myself to fun, engaging, or potentially “threatening” circumstances (dare I have fun)

We can see when it’s written out that this is, well. Sad. I’m tired of this feeling of not being enough, or deserving of friends or relationships.

 

 

What I’ve Been Doing to Help Myself Heal Naturally

  • I began to try to forgive myself for these things that I did
  • I started to remember and revisit my memories in my mind
  • I created a simple stretching routine for myself to release built-up tension in my body
  • I dove into Energy Medicine and started consciously interacting with my bodies meridians, chakras, and subtle energy
  • I began to think about the people I hurt, or who have hurt me, more individually
  • Untangled from the emotions, I can begin to remember who they really are, what they did, what memories there are.
  • I began to understand the negative emotions I had, and who and where they came from
  • I remembered some of my old dreams, visions, fantasies, desires, moments of passion or drama
  • I could better recall and understand the symbols, archetypes, patterns, and eventually the questions (identifying, what I didn’t know)
  • The root cause of the aches and pains began to work to release from my body on a daily basis with mental intention towards self-healing
  • I started intuitively cutting the cords with individuals, memories, or events that caused me negativity. Being very final in my decisions to not hold on to anything that was not bringing me joy. It quickly became very apparent to me, who exactly that I was holding onto, and in fact, did not want to cut ties with.
  • Which made me miss these people I cared about, intensely. A longing I didn’t at first understand. Particularly my best friends! I’m sure you can understand… This made it easy to want to reach out to them, and mend our relationship. No matter how emotionally confusing or mentally draining it might be.
  • I started to reach out to those in my mind, and in my environment, and my past and speak with them personally (if I could). I knew if they didn’t respond, or had passed away then it would be impossible to talk to them physically. I was accepting that some people may not want to talk to me, hear my apology, or be forgiven. So with an open heart and mind, I have approached the people that mean the most to me and my life.

 

I had a powerful experience in releasing emotions with my mom recently. I forgave myself for all of the lies I told, using essential oils with my mom a few weeks ago. The pain in my neck from the lies, along with the guilt/shame feelings are GONE. I realized too that the negativity was gone, associated with these lies… I could remember the good stuff again! I quickly got over that fear or “forgetting” them for this reason. I know I won’t ever forget anything that happened to me. But I do know now, that it’s possible to look back and not feel bad.

 

There are a couple of really important reasons I am going through this healing process.

  1. I am remembering the person that I truly am meant to be
  2. I am forgiving myself for the person I once was because of what it taught me about myself (what not to be)
  3. My mind is a storage unit that can be cleaned out and maintained with awareness and conscious effort to forgive and let emotions flow naturally
  4. My body is a vessel, a vehicle, that I must clean and maintain or it will fail to bring me further into the future (morality)
  5. My soul speaks to me through my emotions, and I want to listen to them instead of being controlled by them!
  6. Telling myself I’m okay is really only okay if I’m okay. If I’m not okay, then I need to deal with that first, so that I can be okay! If I really am okay, then let it be as it is and don’t make it something it’s not
  7. I do not want to cause myself or others harm. Forgiving others must come from a selfless place of acceptance and gratitude. If you are not ready to be thankful for everything that has happened to you because of what you learned from it. Then you need to learn from those things, otherwise, they are trapped within you. Causing any unnecessary pain and suffering is no longer an option.
  8. The truth is a double-edged sword that must be wielded properly and with honor. People will only ever be hurt by the truth if they are untrue within themselves. If you are willing to listen to the truth, then they have the potential to accept it as truth. This is only possible if the truth is revealed.
  9. I am an honest person living in balance. It’s important that you be truly honest, and open with yourself. Sometimes things within are raw, harsh, and hurt a lot. Let it hurt and find the source, the root. Feeling those emotions and working within your heart to forgive yourself!
  10. Making amends with the people that I care about will not only help me to heal but extend to their own healing journey. If you can, you should tell the people you hurt the truth about what happened, why it happened, and what you learned from it. Tell them honestly and the potential of being forgiven is higher than ever. (Trust me. If they can forgive me… They can forgive you…)

Granted, there are some people who I can not reach. But others, are out there trying to heal from the same things. Maybe even those same moments in time. You mise well make amends with the people you love. You mise well hear people out and let them change into something better! And you mise well quit trying to help the people who don’t want it! Because there are people out there that deserve to be your friend. And you deserve to be theirs! Don’t let your buried, trapped emotions keep you confined. or caged!

Be Mindful of Your Moments In Time

I have become so much more of a mindful person in the last few months! What started with Folding Clothes to Perfection, lessons in mindfulness has ended up being an amazing gift of appreciation for every moment in time. Expanding my awareness and living inside each moment.

I’ll be honest, I get called out for being a bit of a “space cadet”, constantly checking in and out of reality. Thinking and listening to everything all at once. Off, in my own little world.

Especially when life is moving and things are happening all around you, whether at work or school or home or out. You use your mind openly, to scan and observe and react to it all happening at the moment. And by being in a more mindful state of being, it really allows you to catch all the little amazing messages in every moment. I’m really starting to be aware of what matters to me, and what it even means to be alive.

Alternatively, I am multi-tasking much less. By being a more focused person when I am performing a task, I have found that I have gotten closer and closer to perfection. Additionally, these tasks take me less time to do them. Allowing me more time to do the things I ‘want’ to do instead.

A Self Care Lesson In Time Travel

I believe anyone can go back in time and review what has been done, or even fix it. Recently I have done some research on energetic cords between us all. What is it about us that wants so badly to connect? And what’s worse, what about us aches so badly that we must cut out these connections? What acts are so terrible to cause such a divide when such a beautiful connection between each other,  can be mended!

When I speak of time travel, I mean your own timeline of your life as it cascades behind you. When you think about a person, place or thing in a moment/memory of your past: You cause a ripple effect within your timeline of memory. If you are receptive to these ripples, you can access the memories of your timeline. When you interact, watch, or play these memories individually you can feel the way you feel within that memory. This allows you to transcend that into your current reality. When you imprint new thoughts and intentions (or the lesson you have learned from this memory in particular), then you send an energetic message to that memory in response. As this interaction takes place, you are immediately affected because of any changes in that timeline you made.

This can be done negatively of course, because this is proof in itself that the truth is what you make it. That by lying to yourself, you lie to the memory. Which in turn lies to you, and causes you to only delve deeper and farther away from the original memory. Which degrades it, and makes it clouded in thoughts and emotions from feeling this so many times. These kinds of repeatedly watched interactions within can cause traumatic energy to become bond up. And this is where posts like these come in, to explain what happens then. It’s no good guys. Trapping negative emotions is not what is “supposed” to happen.

Understand What Mystery You Aim To Solve In Life

Today I realized a very important lesson about my love for mystery. Additionally, I think each of us has our own passionate mystery to solve. After all in business, we are told to, “Become the expert in your field”. Yet, this expertise will take time and experience. You will not wake up and one day be the expert. You must study, invest, learn and devote yourself to becoming the expert. You must start now, and immerse yourself in your passion and practice it.

It is okay to say, “I’m new at it”, or “I’m still learning,” or even, “I am a student of” – while you do and act out your apprenticeship openly, with others. Preferably, your Teacher.

As a passionate blogger and lead of the Blog Buddy Program, we can understand my passion for blogging comes from an appreciation for personal expression, creativity, and self-devotion. And as we talked about in a recent podcast, “It’s important that you push publish so that the world can see it”. Need not it be perfect. It is more important to share the information with the world than it is for you to worry and fret about its importance.

You will never know if you do not try, and if you do not try, you surely will never know.

Each of us has a particular something they want to solve. Trouble, trauma, or terror that they must overcome at some point. Wait not for you to overcome it. Start today, and delve into finding those answers within and without. What I mean is to go study and become the student of this topic with an open mind. Understanding your trauma logically will help you to equip yourself with the right knowledge. So that you will overcome this and defeat it!

So much so that you can teach what you learned from your study, your experience, and your understanding of it in its entirety! This is your life’s purpose!

Maybe for some, this analogy would be well suited:

Would you rather be taught by the substitute teacher or the actual Teacher?

Sure, those days were the teach was absent, you got some extra free time. But is this substitute even capable of teaching this topic? Although they may try, they are not experienced in this topic. Even if this substitute did know this topic, surely the Students would not respect him even so. Not as they would the Rightful Teacher.

 

I urge you to seek out the truth and to solve your mystery. For if you succeed, others will study your outcome and be able to confront their own.

 

Today I am grateful to have so many topics to study, and so many resources to study from. As a true student of life and all it offers, I am happy to live in a world of mysteries to solve. I love My Mystery…

It’s ironic really that I have a blog called “loving life” and even though I tell myself I love my life, that is not enough! Experiencing joy entails that you do things in your everyday life that bring you to that warm, happy feeling of excitement, that is true joy every day! What to join me on my quest to find joy in everyday life?

 

For the last several months, my husband has been telling me that he “wants me to be happy”! After a while, it was so frustrating to argue with him that I was okay! I was happy! I couldn’t reassure him enough how much I truly loved him, our daughter, and the work I do as a creative blogger. It kept coming up though, over and over. Finally, things started to change as my personal mind began to clear up from my foggy mindset.

He was right.
