Chakra Rulers & The Elemental Energies They Serve

To satisfy the Chakras and the Planetary Rulers assigned to them, we can look to the archetypes of the zodiac for guidance. Not to be taken too literally, Alchemy has some interesting points to governing our body’s rhythms, cycles, and organic pursuits to live a healthy life of vitality. When concerned with our physical wellbeing, we must consider the elements of emotion, thought through energy and consciousness.

May you engage in your subconscious understanding of the ancient archetypes, spirits, and angels, known to you through zodiac symbolism, association, and source while you read for full understanding.

Saturn, Ruler of the Muladhara Chakra

Rulers of Saturn are Archangel Cassiel, Ruler of the Seventh Heaven ” Encircled by fire, is surrounded by the Seraphim, Cherubim, and Ofanim”, & the Devoted Archangel Jophiel ~ Lessons of Binah

I’ve found that satisfying the Root Chakra of Saturn means balancing the Capricorn and Aquarius energies within your body. Indicated on the middle finger of Space as the Finger of Saturn. Finding ways to balance the Air and Earth in your life brings harmony to the needs of the Root Chakra of Survival. This makes literal sense as well, as we must breathe, eat, and drink. Much of the energy that we receive comes through our feet, directly from the connection to Mother Earth.

Your Body is a Temple, restored and rebuilt by what we eat, drink and breathe. Saturn limits what we do and what we think by means of preservation and survival. The strict need to be responsible to our needs is Governed by the need to Live.

May we limit the control that stress has on our own Temple, and aim to restore the spiritual roots of Self. By negotiation, you might instead clear your life of negative stresses that bog down your world and instead, focus on the things that make you feel the Capricorn’s Drive to Climb, and the Aquarius’s Will to Serve.

How do you negotiate regeneration in your own Body, or “Temple”?

  1. Sit up straight, relax your hands, feet, then face
  2. Close your eyes, or relax your muscles and speak the word “Temple” out loud
  3. Feel your bodies response, relax into the energy and listen to the rhythms
  4. Find the rhythm of your pulse, heartbeat
  5. Find the spark of energy and nervous system
  6. Then the still more subtle, synergy of cellular activity as you go deeper within the micro-world of your body
  7. Tell these cells to regenerate, detoxify and cleanse, to create more T cells.
  8. Use your heart to send out love to the body, and your body will produce a response of pleasure and production.
  9. You may notice the effects of this communication for minutes, hours, or days as your body begins to regenerate and heal on a cellular level.

These are the necessary components to survival, thus your Root Chakra: Eat, Sleep, Drink and Breathe Well, With the Will to Serve and Love Others Unconditionally. Your body follows your lead, you can do that consciously or unconsciously. It is simply your choice.

Jupiter, Ruler of the Svadisthana Chakra

Planetary Rulers of Jupiter: Transformation, Transmutation, and Transfiguration Archangel Sachiel, Ruler of the ‘golden’ Sixth Heaven & Joyous Archangel Anael, Ruler of the Second Heaven “composed of Water & Fire” – Lessons of Chesed

The Sacral Chakra of Jupiter, needs the flow of Pisces and Sagittarius, of Water and Fire, to work together instead of fight each other off. Not always the easiest to Balance the forces of Creation. As we can see from the Finger of Jupiter, Air. As discussed in the Sacred Sacral Chakra post, this is very entangled with the need to Create New, truly an area of life that demands Change and Transformation.

This area of the body has a lot to do with Digestion and Waste Removal, which makes literal sense as well as we take in (from below) and process this (above) to Create or Remove anything in our lives. The goal is usually to neutralize, blend, and transform.

Mars, Ruler of the Manipura Chakra

Planetary Ruler of Mars: Warrior Archangel Camael, of the Seraphim Order ~ Lessons of Geburah

The Solar Chakra of Will, ruled by Mars demands a sense of Freedom and Honor. The energies of Aries (the first in line) can be seen as the split of our Right and Left Brain Hemispheres, the battle of the Ego self and the Other selves. If we are spiritually active, then this becomes an easy bridge to cross using Logic and Reason together to solve problems. Some people, don’t actively use their Crown Chakra though. This is further complicated by the Sexual Needs and Desires of Scorpio, ruling the sex organs and sex drive. This is an intricate and delicate dance between Interactions Spirituality and Sexuality, concerns with the social nature of life in action.

Usually, it is a soul struggle to calm the needs of our Solar Chakra and spend a good portion of our lives bound by the lower chakra energy because of this. Never getting to the New Ideas of Aries from the Higher Chakras. In other words, the needs from below are never understood by the needs from above. Making this one of the most difficult chakras to Balance, suffocating our energy of related meridians and systems.

Self Healing Tips

Consider Bonding your Solar Plexus of Mars (Will) to your Crown of the Sun (Spirit) by Balancing the Chakras together, and connecting your hands to them in meditation.

Venus, Ruler of the Anahata Chakra

Planetary Ruler of Venus: Archangel Anael, The Second Heaven of Prayers from both heaven and hell – Lessons of Netzach

Mars is always “chasing after” Venus, which makes sense to our Heart Chakra, ruled by Venus. Libra of Air and Taurus of Earth, instills that we must love unconditionally or we risk being judgemental and unaccepting of ourselves and others in our life. Our Heart Thinks for Itself, single thoughts, not divided by the brain such as the Solar Chakra. We can see that Libra energy resides in the higher Solar, lower Heart area. It is here that we can make Heart-Based Decisions, and pull ourselves up and into action to Serve Others and Ourselves in the Strength of the Bull, Taurus. Which rules our entire area of the Chest. Acting as the Field of Peaceful Love and Acceptance, or the Battle Field of Riding the Bull within.

Most don’t know the depth of the heart and the meaning behind Venus. With any study of the Qabalah, the Sephira Spheres offer us some insight into the Truth of the Heart. Venus is the symbol of Knowledge, a combination of Wisdom and Understanding, Daath. You can not love what you do not Know, you can’t understand what you do not know. And thus, the constant conundrum of the Heart lays in the pursuit of Knowledge. (THIS is what Mars is actually chasing! Thy Will to know thy Self.)

Mercury, Ruler of the Visuddha Chakra

The Throat Chakra of Mercury is as highly complex as Hermes, Enoch, and Thoth All suggest. The Left Brain crosses in the neck and operates the Right side of the body. The Right Brain crosses and operates the Left side of the body. This twist of energy can get confused, and thus the struggle to Express through our Words, or Logos is complicated by Gemini and Virgo. These are probably, the most misunderstood of all signs, go figure!

Gemini embodies the energy of the Twins, Castor and Pollux, running through each side of the body as it divides as an equal mirror. One Twin is mortal (logic), the other immortal (reason). Neither is right or wrong, good or bad. They each have their own skills, rewards, and fates met by their actions of both light and dark. Representing the duality, the Pillars, and structure. This Air sign is one of Communication, Effort, and Stability in any creative structure or building – in this case, the body as a separated whole! Virgo is one of analysis. organization and perfection. She is often described as the Virgo, Mother Mary, as the pure vessel of earthly perfection. The constellation is regarded with agriculture, development, and long term efforts to wield results and success earned with hard work and faith. Thankfully, this energy resides within the Solar Plexus Chakra of the body, feeding the higher need for balancing the duality of the physical bodies’ needs, desires, and demands. Balancing the world of Air and Earth requires patience, intelligence, and devoted efforts to the self, and the world made manifest, in the mental and spiritual fulfillment in every moment – no easy feat I know. But at least now you know too!

Moon, Ruler of the Anja Chakras

Ruler of the Moon is Archangel Gabriel, Ruler of the First Heaven, of Water and Air, and the Fifth Heaven of Watchers, a Prince of Cherubim ~ Lessons of Yesod

The Third Eye is probably the most complicated of all the Chakras. In my study, there are at least 7 Principles of our Mind that could be considered Chakras – All relating to the Third Eye Chakra of the Moon and the Crown Chakra of the Sun. These energies of the Higher Chakras work in an effort to combine Cancer (water) and Leo (fire).

The flow of our fluids, energy, and subtle bodies are working in flux with the mental and spiritual aspects of life, self, and environmental perceptions. This takes place in the Higher Heart, or Thymus Chakra area, above what we feel there is Wisdom. Below what we think, there is Understanding.

And this is the struggle of the Heart mentioned earlier.

Sun, Ruler of the Sahasrara Chakra

Ruler of the Sun is Archangel Michael, Ruler of Fourth Heaven, and the Order of Seraphim – Lessons of Kether

A lot of the time, even if we receive the signals of Water (Mother) and Fire (Father), we may not be able to fully use and understand them. This is simply why living some form of spiritual receptivity is important to the entire body, of the organs, heart, and mind as a Whole.

Governed by our spiritual knowledge of energy, mind, feelings, and activities as we perceive our experiences in life.

In combination with the worldly life of an earthly human individual, we also exist to a universal collective conscious complex of spiritual manifestation of source creation.

Why does it matter to me?

What we see is what we get.
But what we see is based on what we know.
What we don’t know, we can’t understand.

Mine experience of Daath

In relevance to the topic of energy, we can attune the Spiritual Masculine to Electric Energy, in action to Create – Yang. The Spiritual Feminine to the Magnetic Energy, to manifest and Attract – Yin. The synchronicity of life is given and taken, but always in Motion. Contrary to some modern new-age ideas, you are a Whole, a complete and perfect being of Self, as is.

May the influence of another’s field act as an amplification to your own vital energies.

What Qi are you keeping and what are Ki you giving away?

“The body is made up of many chakras that parallel the Meridian paths flowing through the body. The seven main Chakras are connected by three major Nadis located parallel one another. The degree of Chakra and Meridian activity in a person’s body is dependent on the person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of health.
If a Chakra is damaged or blocked, it hampers the flow of Qi/Ki that is channelized into the body through the Meridians. If the Meridians have blockage or low Qi/Ki flow, one cannot be in an optimum healthy state of being. When the Qi/Ki flow is not free flowing and healthy, there is a condition of imbalance in one of the four aspects in the state of being healthy. Balance is maintained when the flow of Qi/Ki is free and strong. When it is weak or blocked; illness and imbalances occur. This is when we find unhealthiness in mind, body or spirit because of a blockage into one of these two areas.”

Navigating the Pathways of Life’s Currents

Simply the best way I have found to navigate the true healing and vitality of the Chakras has been the Qabalah.

If we place our own bodies to align with this image we find ourselves in a unique understanding of what it takes to Balance our Chakras and Energies, as well as our Life.

We must make the rounds through Yin and Yang, from Top to Bottom, and Left to Right.

The lessons of the Qabalah give us a spiritual base to work on our mental, emotional and physical lives. In benefit of course, to Love, Happiness, and Health as a result.

Remember, “Chakra” is the Sanskrit word for Wheel

The Chakras are each a vortex that takes in and gives out energy and information.

The chakras are major energy centers in the body. They are the body’s energy “organs”. They transmit and receive large amounts of energy and information to and from our environment. The chakras also send information within the body through the meridian system. They spin in a vortex or funnel shape, with the center of the funnel connecting at the spine.

When You Realize Your Mentality

In a previous post I quoted that “Until man can experience on the mental level that which exists on the physical level, he will be bound to the physical.” – John Whitman Ray. Today I want to expand on what can potentially happen when you do realize what is happening on the physical level and how it is brought on by the mental. Allowing transparency with yourself to become a mentally aware and conscious individual living in a physical body.

For a long time, a lot of our understanding of science in biology, astronomy and classical physics has been taught in school. Is currently being challenged by the quantum science, cosmology and the body-mind psychology of electric and magnetic energy. I understand that much of what I post seem mystical or pseudoscience but that’s the beauty of it. Quantum reality and current biology is being shifted into a universal understanding of what the ancient teachings have always hinted at.

When we begin to accept that everything is entangled in a web of light (which it scientifically is proven to be now, finally). I hope you can expand your mind for a moment to really grasp what this means for YOU and your mental world of the existence of being alive right now. To be able to know and comprehend this information is a huge blessing, something your ancestors and most of your grandparents can’t possibly think of or “think up” as they like to say of us. Let’s explore the mental and physical bridge built by light traveling through our energetic and magnetic systems we call our bodies.

How Emotional Memory Gets Trapped In the Physical Body

I have posts that detail the emotions (with sources) that are held with our organs because of the frequency that the emotions and organs have in common. Basically, the cells vibrate at a frequency and will magnetically be attracted to the organ with the most common frequency. This makes it so that crystalline memories that we “hold” relocate in the body wherever they will best attune to. If not a direct organ, then the chakra that is giving off that frequency.

In Dr. Ray’s books, he talks about stages of emotional frequencies ranging from Apathy to Excitement/Happiness. We also know more specifically than that now, as the image shows what this really means for our micro and macro influences and science. For those of us who like to think in Spiritual Terms, we can attune that Heaven would be something like Bliss and Hell to be below the state of Apathy. In other words, we can live in hell or heaven depending on our state of mind in theory.

How do we get from a lower state to a higher state? First, we have to realize that by holding on to lower vibrating cells and memories that are stored in our bodies… We are holding a lower vibration in our physical form which causes states of stress in our bodies in certain places. These manifest over time into illness, failed functions, or just higher states of mental stress. Stress is the primary killer of our mental reality and the ability to make decisions. In other words, stress clouds or mentality and forces us to act in survival mode. Allowing the Triple Warmer Meridian (as mentioned in so many posts already) to override your energy in a state of Fight, Flight, or Freeze which drains all of your other meridians except your Heart Meridian. No wonder everyone is so “out of energy”.

What this means is that what you are focusing on and any negative experiences that hold Blame, Shame, or Regret are shutting down your mental awareness of yourself.

Whatever practice keeps you grounded, calm, and mentally clear on your self and your life is going to increase your natural frequency. From a cellular level to a quantum level, you can start to feel better because your physical body will rejuvenate and heal. Your job now is to hold that frequency and state of calm and extend it into every moment that you can. When you fall, you pick yourself back up and move into the next moment, day by day. Becoming more and more aware of how you feel and your energetic alignment with your mental and spiritual life within. The space that is only your experience, your individual thoughts, and feelings, that connect and manifest into a physical reality that you share with other living creatures. Do you see how you can’t manipulate the physical until you understand how it came to be there in the mental world first?


Don’t Blame the Doctors or Drugs – It’s on you now!

As soon as you start to realize your own depth and complexity, you are probably starting to feel shitty (which is totally okay) as most of us are bound by this physical pain and suffering. Or are you? If you are you need to know today that: You don’t have to be!

Let’s consider that the majority of your body is healthy and works in amazing ways to keep you alive. This is assumed until proven otherwise – always.


Embodying the feeling of being alive in the moment is giving your cells higher vibrancy and are better able to combat your stresses and misfortunes for You.


Read that like x3. I know that it seems like the current medical field has convinced us that our bodies are in need of drugs to fix themselves. Unless you are being attacked by a virus most of what your body produces as symptoms are simply ‘calls for attention to the self’. To become aware of the issue in the body. Truth: Most doctors know that the illness is self-made and are unable to tell you that no drugs will fix it. Especially if they don’t know the cause because there’s nothing foreign floating in your blood, fluids, or energy that they can identify. The field of psychological counseling is also going through some changes as the current generation of counselors of today are much more consciously aware of the influence of the self, the collective conscious, and the spiritual implications of the mental world. These combined we will see a day soon where much of these fields are forced to work together. Especially when people like you and me start taking more personal responsibility for our mental realities and seek the advisement of the right professionals. Doctors for foreign and physical adjustments, mental/spiritual counseling and guidance, as well as natural fitness/health coaches. Are really going to take a rise next to self-awareness, meditation, and mindful living starts to affect the communities as a whole across the globe.

If Doctors could tell you it’s All in your head – They Probably Would

Our ancestors (humans that lived before us. period.) lived in a state of survival and their medical treatments involved natural remedies and self-awareness. The body is fully capable of rejuvenation unless being attacked by an outside source. Something that got inside the body from outside the body. Being attentive to what you eat and where you are is basic survival. This is where the medical field is really helpful, outside of the body attacks, surgery and wound care, fitness, and nutrition.


Nearly everything else that your body produces symptoms for is internal, which means that if you created it then you can also heal it.

Taking Conscious Control

Here’s where you get to be the scientist in your own life and prove your own body’s intelligence.

Self-confidence, self-assurance, and self-awareness is key to being in control of your body and mind. If you’ve read this post completely so far and didn’t skip ahead, then you know that you have this ability to tap into and free your own body from illness. The trouble is that most of us don’t yet know how to take control of their thoughts and feelings and the next statement is a little bit troubling. Forgiving yourself for your past failures, previous insecurities, and faults is primal to healing yourself. This ground isn’t solid without the love of self and willingness to Be Whole. Next, is the acceptance that you don’t have to have control of what goes on around you and in the world at large, but you do need to be responsible for your life, body, mind, and self. By being aware of yourself and your experiences you are empowered by the influence you can have on your body and the mentality of those around you too. Here’s how you can start to take your mental power back today:

  • Let go of what you think you know, and open your heart and mind to new ideas, experiences, and knowledge
  • Be willing to listen and engage in the moment – in the thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of other people without changing your own experiences, thoughts, or ideas
  • Tell yourself ‘I love you’ at least once a day in  your mind or out loud – if you don’t that way then change it to ‘I want to love myself’ 
  • Talk to your cells directly! – your body is intelligent apart from your conscious mind (you don’t think about your digestion, for example, it just happens and then you ‘feel the thought to pee’, right?) – Tell a specific area of cells to rejuvenate and release toxins, negative energy, and repressed emotions, and remove heavy metals, as well as duplicate, create, and transmit new T cells.You may feel these releases of energy and emotion, if so, process them and feel their intensity mentally and release, forgive and love. Pray or meditate your way through the moment and then move on. – Do things differently.

Gaining Your Power Back

It’s an empowering feeling to know that you can heal yourself by being more aware of yourself, it’s just that simple. Thanking, thinking, and feeling more of what you experience instead of less. Processing the moment one after the next incompletion instead of hurried effort to repress yourself. There is a huge complexity that makes you who you are and influences what you do. Know now that whatever pain, sickness, or difficulties you are facings is simply to challenge yourself. To prove to yourself that you can change, adapt, and survive in a world that is constantly in motion. It is never more chaotic than you think that it is. Never is more in order and pattern than you think that it is. Meaning simply, that you perceive what is outside of yourself depending upon what is happening to you on the inside. When you work from the inside out you are much more able to see, to feel, and to think.

As soon as you realize the physical reasons for your mental thoughts, you can begin to shift your thoughts and thus, shift your body. Simply knowing this can change your world. And I hope that it does.

Today I want to share with you some healing guidance for loosening your creative blocks and why they are there. Each of us has unique talents and gifts including artistic, musical, written, and many other amazingly creative self-expression. The suppression of these gifts manifests as blocks in our reality. Finding the way to navigate life and express it creativity is part of the joy of the human experience!

Unfortunately, when life gets chaotic and messy, we don’t have time to stop and do some art. Or do we?


Stress Is Bound Up Negative Energy Within

Stress is the cause of most diseases and illnesses. The ultimate answer to every heal concern is: How can I assist my body in healing? The answer is almost always related to addressing the stressors of your life that cause you to feel low, bad, or disabled. This can be manifested as a physical wound, as well as emotional, mental or spiritual wounds. These wounds vibrate in specific areas of the body and that location holds all that gross.

This leads us to the question. How can I release that negative energy from stress in my body? What can I do to express my mental and emotional struggles in a constructive way?

This quote is from the song “” and I speak to the point that the world is both black and white. I do and I don’t want to share my creations… The key is that as a public artist, speaker, writer, or creator of any kind.. From one to the other….

It’s okay to create emotional pieces that no one sees but you. In fact, it’s very important that you don’t share every little bit of yourself constantly. This simply becomes overwhelming and stressful. Serving the world means taking care of you first so that you can help the world by being fully alive and creatively empowered to serve for the greater good of all.


Creating is what you are meant to do to express yourself.


So do that artsy thing you like to do! Especially if it helps you resolve your inner emotions, thoughts, and confusion in the process! For example, I personally, re-read and re-listen to so much of my material because I continue to learn the most from myself! And I continue to see symbols, messages, and patterns in my life that ‘match up’ to other bits later on. If only your creations were always just for you… do what you can to keep up your efforts expressed into your creations. And that sometimes the most traumatic lessons can’t be explained in words or stories, but music and art. Using these mediums can greatly help in relieving inner pain and troubles you might have. Getting this out may help you to detach from old patterns and become more aware of the lessons that remain. Making you realize your true inner strength and talent within the creative process and the feeling of completion.


An Emotional Realization | Go From Feelings of Failure to Feelings of Completion

If in any way your creative block is stemming from a feeling of failure than you must know that there is no such thing. Every failure is a lesson in disguise. Every time you attach to the outcome of perfection you will struggle to fail. But as soon as you begin to practice the skill of perfection (instead of focusing on the outcome of the practice). You unlock your belief in yourself to be perfect in every moment. From this perspective, we know how and what we are doing wrong and instead can choose to correct them gracefully and continuously. In this way, each new effort becomes a closer outcome to that which is just right for you. You have always been doing this from within, the trouble is doing it in action on the outside as well. The entirety of the outer world can never be perfect, but we can choose to strive towards greatness from within. We are always completing a new moment, a new breathe, a project, turn of events, art. I hope you can understand that this realization is how you enter a world perception of creating your world effortlessly by feeling complete in every moment.

Emotional Healing From Feelings Buried Alive

I remember so much about my life. From the beginning, to now and into the future even. I can’t say how much control I have of my thoughts, although I have become more mindful about observing them. I have begun to train and rewire my brain and body with conscious effort. The trouble is, now I know that the bodymind can store memories and emotions. Did you know the heart thinks?


During my self-healing journey, I have been on a mission to purge my life of everything that no longer serves a purpose in my future. I have been restoring my house and routines into order. As well as my mental space and heart wounds. This, my friends, was the hard part.

A new kind of emotional awareness of my mental patterns started to take place. As I worked with my body’s energies, I started to really notice in my meditations where exactly i was hurting. When I drop into my own little world of calm and connected meditation, I scan my body. I notice the little uncomfortable places, my posture, the pull of gravity, and any soreness. Some of these areas, I note to address later on. Others, I know are pains and weaknesses I have had for a very long time. Why is that?

I was having an inner battle with my ego, my dark side, traumatic memories in my conscious awareness. The more I focused on one area of pain or weakness, the more I began to think about these negative thoughts and memories. Like I said earlier, you only have so much control of your thoughts. My heart hurt, real bad.

Even in recent posts, I have talked about how I have been visiting my past timeline. Going “back in time” to forgive myself and others for things that happened. I have realized that indeed, everything happens for a reason and that reason is, I am who I am now. And I love who I am now!

Additionally, I want to know more about myself and who I really am, so that I can love more of myself. Although this has worked fantastically for most of my most difficult memories. – Memories that I am easily able to recall, identify, resonate with, and learn from. – It’s easier to be grateful for things that have happened to you if you have learned a valuable lesson from them. Even if they were difficult at the time.

It’s the memories you’ve held on to for so long, that they hurt to even start to think about… So you do everything you can to avoid thinking about them, and there you go… Burying them deep within your heart, mind, and thus your body. Creating these weak spots in your organs, muscles, tissues, joints, whichever one carries the closest or most harmonious frequency of the emotional energy being expressed.

The problem with burying your feelings alive…

The science here is that our bodies are mostly water. Water stores information and conducts electricity, traveling through our nervous system. This makes emotional entrapment within the bodies fluids possible in such a way that your physical body remembers your traumatic experience throughout the body. Whenever you consciously begin to think about or remember your trauma, your body triggers reactions to release the trapped emotional memory and information, especially if it’s just settled beneath your skin from previous attempts at recent emotional release.

Every time you override this emotional release, all the old and all the new emotional energy that you create overcomes your body, mind, and spirit. You begin to process all this information, but your ego and mental self doesn’t want to process or remember this trauma. So you consciously tell your body to ditch this experience and suppress the emotional memory. Without a way to release this negative emotional experience, your body starts to trap the information. The energy comes together as your mind thinks of other things as a distraction. The emotional energy relocates in the place of the body most synchronized to the vibration of the emotion.

Energy Medicine can now locate and identify different emotions by organ or area of the body. We can also identify emotional trauma by which area of the body is in pain or unwell. By Energy Testing, or Muscle Testing, our bodies are capable of telling us what emotional trauma is weakening us.

Early in my self-diagnosis phase, I had a few places in my body I knew that were causing me pain for so long I’ve almost forgotten about it (talk about living with the pain). And I knew also, that I had plenty of recurring emotional habits, that seemed to erupt in me on a daily basis.

The hard part wasn’t noting my aches and pains in my body, or even admitting which negative emotions and habits I needed to change.

It was dealing with the memories and conflicting emotions about the people involved in these events… Once I started to focus on one part of the body or one emotion. I am always how shocked at how quickly my mind reacts. So quickly, does my mind go to the dark side and begin to drift deep within these difficult remembrances. How vividly I can remember some things, and how hard it is to recall what happened in others. The voices of loved once, my own ego, and my logical mind were at war for days, as I processed so many emotional memories.


I know that the more I let these emotional memories come to the surface…

The more I was going to remember, which meant the more I was going to be able to process and learn from them.

The more I was going to be able to discover the Truth and begin to Accept the Value of my Life’s Experiences & Lessons.


I worked through a good number of things quickly. Coming full circle, and forgiving myself and others along the way. Particularly if they are still a part of my life, or I could make a quick phone call to say, “Hey I’m sorry for this, I’ve really spent a lot of time thinking about it over the years. So know that I learned a lot from everything, and I have no regrets. I appreciate you and our friendship and always will. Thanks for being part of me.” My people have been so loving and respectful. A few times, they too had something they always wanted to tell me. And we have this great little chat, and feel tons better afterward! (Okay, so maybe others too more than a quick chat, what can I say?)


Some other valuable lessons I’ve recently learned: 

  • It’s better to have loved and lost than to never to have loved at all
  • Time and distance don’t matter when it comes to love, or shall I say it my own crude way, “Time and distance don’t give a fuck”. Let’s just be real
  • Ask the right questions and you’ll get the right answers
  • If no one asks the questions then no one ever knows – I choose to know
  • If the warning signs are still the same as they were then the rules of the game haven’t changed
  • Ask and you shall receive, if you never ask you never receive – so I will always ask
  • Everyone has free will and life is not linear – you choose your own fate
  • Unconditional love will always leave a way for the dark to see the light, even if it’s so dim you can’t see it until your close – knowing the light exists is enough
  • You can’t save everyone but you always have the opportunity to save yourself – this is instinctual and primal by nature


Corny dad joke anyone? 

How many healers does it take to change the dim lightbulb? One, but they have to WANT to be in the light. 



The heart likes to talk!

The magic is when you start to notice how much better you feel physically. And how much clearer you think about yourself, other people, and your memories. Even the bad memories, once you forgive, accept and learn from them. It’s a whole new world to explore because there are not anymore (or as many, I should say) negatively Trapped Emotions. So when you think about it again, you don’t get this overwhelming surge of emotions. You can just think about them with much more ease and control. Easily pulling the lessons and moments that you want to identify with at any time. Or, pushing those thoughts away without worry of old emotions. How is that?

We now know scientifically, that it’s not actually just your brain that thinks and makes decisions for you based off of your emotions. Your brain actually can act independently from your brain and creates its own electrical impulses. Have you ever noticed how quickly your heart responds to your feelings? It’s not just a coincidence that you immediately react with your heart. It would make sense then that before you can even think (with your brain) that your heart is already thumping in response to shock or excitement. It’s no surprise to me then that caring and compassion would greatly triumph over anger or frustration, lasting longer and sending stronger signals through your body. A little love can go a long way. This also indicates a serious impact to heartache or heartbreak. Are you capable of love if you are flooded with emotional pain from your heart? Maybe this is why can say, “Love is blind,” because when you think with your heart over your brain during heartbreak, you actually are mentally blinded from thinking clearly.

As mentioned in my previous posts on Empathy, I have discussed my background in realizing that I was “empathic”. I want to fast forward to now and what I have learned through my experience of being an empath. This is one of those good and bad, blessing and a curse kind of posts. If your ready to begin to understand what being an empath means from an inner personal, psychological, scientific and spiritual perspectives are then this post is for you. Pondering My Past and Personality as an Empath


I’ve explained the basics and even have my Vlog about this here.

So what I must admit is that most of this time from then to know, I have spent trying to learn from my mental state of, “I can figure this out myself”. Probably because all there is about empaths has been “here are a list of traits”. Without any evidence, instruction, or information readily available. It wasn’t until more recently, that I got pregnant.

When I got pregnant, my “empathic abilities” turned off. I believe now that I have instinctively told myself to stop and protect myself, more than I ever would have. I have now spent nearly two years with very little practice of my empathic skills or assets. In effect, I have not spent as much time working with people because quite honestly I have been overwhelmingly loving and attentive to my glorious little child. She and my husband, my close family coming back together, and the growth and development of BBP.

You can see, how I’ve had my hands full. So what I have I been doing? Studying of course!

I’m a huge student of sacred geometry, so I hope this board on Pinterest might be some help for you to intuitively understand that our energy fields are undeniably powerful. This comes down to your understanding of negative and positive energy and it’s concepts of transference. Energy can be slow or fast and exists everywhere and between all “things”. Which is another one like time, because of “objects” and “things”. It’s all matter.

Sticking to the topic of energy though, what is important to understand is your chakras, life force, and a desire to flow and become a more balanced individual.

Whether you are aware of this until now or not, doesn’t matter. Just like you digest food instinctively, your energy bodies regulate you and exist without your conscious effort. The trick of all of this is that once you become aware of the energy of your body, mind, and soul. You begin to feel the intention shift into something more powerful from within. You start to understand that people affect you. You start to think about how you affect other people.

Most of us want to be better people on all levels! We want to have happier thoughts and live a in a more loving way to others. But we don’t because of how everything feels to do so. We are afraid of rejection, neglect, being misunderstood or unloved. This projection of fear is the problem. So what do we do with these feelings that are produced by energy transfer between people or produced because of people?


Emotional Patterns & Forming Physical Habits

Some of our more emotional habits come from very young conditioning. Some maybe even from past lives or deeply rooted experiences, fantasies, or devastating dreams. Over time with our environment and culture, we develop a protective ego and attitude.

With this ego, we tend to become acutely aware of how to protect ourselves and why. We train our own emotional bodies to subconsciously warn us to avoid circumstances. In other words, we intentionally or consciously tell ourselves to react emotionally to certain targets/enemies, and memories. This is, unfortunately, is unhelpful in such a chaotic world. Simply because the triggers are profoundly available anywhere and in every person. So you are constantly in distrust of the world and the people around you. You see these self-trained emotional triggers everywhere because of our idea of separation and duality currently.

We can learn from the lessons of Yin and Yang because we must realize that there is a balance, a beautiful union between “opposites”. They like to be together and they intend to default to each other in such a way that we can communicate with our selves and our bodies. When we program our emotional bodies to fight against itself, we destroy our emotional guidance program.

Emotions (as described by the amazing Candance Pert, Ph.D.) are mostly peptides, that travel throughout the body and our physical bodies and minds become accustomed to creating the number of peptides we need. The more we tell our body to create, the more it does. This is very true for Dopamine and Serotonin, which is better explored in Balance Your Brain Balance Your Life by XX. When we are using our right brain more than our left, then peptides, reactions, and feelings to induce this brain function will increase. The same is true for our left brain in reference to Serotonin production, that of focus and attention and logic.

We must understand that we are meant to feel both negative and positive emotions fully at the moment that they occur. New lessons, memories, and experiences become available to us. When we start to identify or hold emotions in to form negative habits, we will continue to have these negative experiences. That memory bank of negative emotional baggage will continue to store new negative energy. The more this memory is given attention, the more thought about this trouble then the more your mind-body produces that emotional cocktail. Which makes you feel more negativity.

This negativity gets so built up and sensitive, it begins to stiffen, block, and clog the body organ that harmonizes with that energy. You start to have an organ, muscle or join that pains and aches. The more you focus on that pain and that ache to more you identify with that feeling. Because emotionally you are trying to get through all of it, and it courses through you. But the more you block it in, the more painful it becomes.

We ask our doctors, why this pain in my head/back and we ask our therapists why am I lying to myself? Why can’t I stop obsessing over them?

We realize now the science of emotions and energy that you are habitually creating and manifesting your own destruction of mind and body. What the fuck do we do now?

Oh yea, this is about Empaths being overly sensitive? … You can imagine how highly emotional and empathetic people are to others. We tend to identify with, express, and experience these energies within our emotional bodies. So the more we work with our energy systems, the healthier our emotional guidance becomes. We should not be holding onto our emotions and internalizing them. We should become aware of them, transmute them, and use them to create different energies. Energies that will help instead of hurt.

Let Go of What You Think You Know

What do you think you know but don’t actually know from your own experience?  What I’m going to discuss with you today is a bit of the battle between our human existence in a physical place that has laws, rules, systems, and policies. It’s truly up to your mind to decide what is real to you, and what is lost to subconscious interactions that are forgotten over time.

Time Is Not A Universal Law – Or is it?

An unknown truth is that the universe, god, the world, whatever you call the higher power, it does not lead a purely physical existence. Which means that it is not bound by our physical rules, laws, and emotional reactions. If you indeed had consciousness, will, and empathy as a nonphysical entity such as a god, that means that: they don’t experience time as “we do” now.

Time, a  “mad made” idea is a measurable reaction to the Cycles of Life.

Time is word we came up with to measure these Cycles of Life so that we can track our own events to relate to our memories, improving our cognition and intelligence significantly.

But this still is not a law of the universe. Whether we “experience” time slowly or quickly, depends upon what movements we are experiencing in a moment. It is only a conscious tool that we use to navigate our Own Cycles and that which is happening to us, around us, and ahead of us. Haven’t you noticed that ‘time’ gets ‘lost’ in the past? Or pondered why you can’t ‘see’ the future of time before you arrive?

It’s important for us to understand that time is not a law because the universe does not care, read, or respect our idea of time. To think of life linear does not make sense to me anymore.

Let’s move on to what else does not alter the universe in the ways we “think” it does. What else is not a law?

This is important because time is not linear. We think of the “past” and the “future” as if it’s in back and in front of us, like a time line. However, this isn’t really how time is. In truth, time is more like a blanket that we move through. More in this in other posts.

The 3D Battle Between Good & Bad

The idea of bad, and good. Or yes and no. These alternate and opposing ideas of duality are believed to be a law. They are not. Many of us have grown up too with the idea of “good deeds” versus “sinful deeds”. And unfortunately, to our physical consciousness, this idea can be extremely damaging to us, if we allow it to be. Most of us don’t even understand what ‘karma’ is.

I know this to be true in my own life, as I have attempted to manifest, create with intention, and change my life with my thoughts. And oh, have I changed it all…

If I think of the life that I want to live and how I’m going to get there, it’s very human of me to have my mind wander for answers and to try to make decisions. It’s natural for me to want to create a better life, to imagine it for myself. The problem is, if I don’t believe it’s possible, it remains only an idea, a dream of reality. It is not totally possible for me to manifest that which I don’t believe in.

The REAL trouble now is, it’s not always in your consciousness to believe in just one thing. Think about it.

You have multiple thoughts a minute, but your brain is actually processing thousands of stimulus every second. This is where you will find mindful exercises like yoga, meditation, and brain dumping come into play so successfully. Processing the thoughts that you want to stick around. Revisiting them often, and setting plans to achieve those ideas and make them real. Do you do this intentionally or is life simply passing you by?

When you give something enough thought, it starts to snowball. And pretty soon your whole life has changed and you are surrounded by “too much” of everything you are thinking about.

Let Go of What You Think You Know,
But Don’t Actually Know From Your Own Experience

Remember, earlier I talked about how I let go of what “I thought that I knew”.


Throughout life, we are influenced constantly by our environment, social figures, friends and family, and finally my own experiences. The trouble is unless you know from experience that it is true, you do not know for yourself. Even if you believe a story from someone else, unless you experienced it for yourself, you do NOT KNOW it. You must seek out the experience in which you think you believe to be true, and test it for yourself to know it for yourself!

It took much thought, but soon I was able to break the barriers I made, fabricated with the help of other’s ideas, stories, lessons, and experiences. Instead, I challenged myself to learn, experience, and touch that which I believed to be true for myself. Once I made this decision for myself, my life and my inner person was free. Free to roam the world as nothing by my own ideas, creations, and beliefs.

I was no longer captive by the fear of sin (from my Christian upbringing), or captive by what happened to others (that I felt guilty about or resented). I found too that the pain and suffering from my own traumas were dramatically lessened without everyone else’s troubles and fears wrapped up with my own (past relationships that ended badly, or the knowledge that someone did something terrible, any abuse that I endured). When I was left with just my own experiences to work with, I was able to find the ANSWERS for myself. Things that troubled me, no longer brought me down every day.

I’m not saying that the pain from my experiences was gone.

The scars remain, but what is left from the experiences is only what I learned from them to be true. And I know that truth because it is my own truth.

I stated earlier that, “Everything else about your own human experience, is because you brought it into your life.”

Take a deep breath because this is going to be hard to swallow as we move on. But I promise if you hang in there and accept these things as options in your own life. Then you can begin to “test it out” for yourself, in your own thought processes. It just starts with being aware that you can bring thoughts into consciousness with your will power. And that you do indeed have the most influence over others with the power of empathy.

Oh and not to rock the boat too much or anything but Newton and Gravity seem to be losing weight in the scientific world now too. What does this mean? We all need to radically rethink WHAT WE “THINK WE KNOW”. And start to discover for ourselves what is “true”.

Food for thought: I basically just asked you to be your own scientist and test out every bit of information you read, intake, or digest that could be true to you.

Think About What You Want, or That Which is “Good”

By thinking about what you want, it enters our subconscious, which may or may not surface into conscious thought. If you allow your thoughts to remain conscious and think about that intensely. Then you will attract those things to which you are thinking.

If you are to change your life you must attract what you want. The secret to your own success lies within understanding your strengths first as a human, then as a unique human.


To think about your thoughts is to be conscious. 

To make decisions for your life is to have a will.

To influence your life, you must use empathy.

And to practice empathy, you must love yourself. 

Do you see how you must always work from within?


Everything else about your own human experience is because you brought it into your life.

That’s the action part… Don’t get mad at me yet, just keep reading. 



For lack of the official definition, when I say intention I mean that which is willed into action by empathy or greed.


These are the only options Will has. I mentioned that I’m practicing turning “good to wanted” and “bad to unwanted” within my conscious thoughts. And it’s because I want to change how I intend on living a more loving, purposeful life. If my intention is to bring that which I “Want” then my will easily decide to take action upon which will intentionally bring me what it is I want. That’s easy to get.

The tough one to crack is the word “bad” because it’s “bad”. And not all things that are bad, are ACTUALLY bad. They are just things that you don’t want. And when it comes to things that are bad there are also associations with fears, resentments, emotional grudges, and more negative attractions. With these bad thoughts come feelings that are powerful, and can derail your will. Second-guessing your actions because of fear, anger, or false truths can and will attract only more of which you do not want in your life.

For these reasons, when I think of something I “don’t want” I can easily dismiss it. It’s much more enjoyable to think about that which I want. Where what is “bad” I as a human, tend to overthink which ruins any of my true intention for that which I want.



I’m going to talk about this more often on the blog, but I want you to try to “not think about the useless bad stuff”. Start to learn how to transmute your emotions and listen to them before dismissing them.

I mean it. Try not to. Filter your thoughts for a while. And I don’t want you to dwell on them, I want you to accept how they make you feel and then dismiss them. Or even better, transmute them into something you do want.

If you can’t do this then take note of this and take some time to think, feel, and understand these emotional memories.

I have so many bills today pay today.

Instead, think about all the things you have in your life that you love and thank yourself for the opportunity to care for your financial assets.

Take breaks when you pay these bills after each one and think about the hard work you’ve put in as appreciation of the bill you paid. If you do not find joy in this bill, then you must ask yourself if it is worth having at all.


If it’s the electricity then gosh by golly, we must not lose gratitude for this amazing technology!

If it is the internet, thank the world for this amazing opportunity you have to read and write a blog or interact with loved ones far away from you.

If it’s an entertainment bill then be thankful you have these memories to look back on and plan your next outing with care.

If it’s a bill for your car/transportation than of course, be thankful you have this luxury! And be proud that you have this asset in your life!


Bills and expenses for assets that do not bring you joy, should not be paid. Be mindful about where you are spending. (I should take my own advice!)
