A trine aspect occurs between spheres that are 120° apart from each other. This is typically seen as a harmonious aspect, that brings positive interactions. This is because each sign is ruled by an element, when in a Trine the planets are each within the same element. The elements each get along well with the other elements of it’s type, however each sign differs in their status of cardinal, mutable, or fixed. A trine can be very powerful it assist in the forming of a triangle in a chart, such as a Grand Trine.
